THE BLOOD OF JESUS CLEANSES YOU FROM ALL SIN AND GUILT (1 JOHN 1:7). JESUS IS THE DELIVERER!!
We received the following Prophecy from the Lord through a True Prophet of God on September 28, 1998. It pertains to anyone involved with DELIVERANCE.
"The Lord declares:
PEOPLE OF GOD, WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN WARRING WITH UNTIL THIS TIME WAS NOT WAR,
BUT SPARRING MATCHES. LIKE CHILDREN WITH STICKS IN THEIR HANDS PLAYING AT
THE GAME OF WAR. AND I SAY TO YOU THAT YOUR BATTLE HAS NOW BEGUN. THE
GAUNTLET HAS BEEN THROWN. IT IS A NEW SEASON OF LIFE OR DEATH. ALL OF THE
EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN WILL NOW BE ADDED TO AND YOU MUST USE WHAT I
GIVE YOU, SAYS THE LORD. DO NOT LAY ANYTHING DOWN OR STORE THE WEAPONS
AWAY, AS THE ENEMY OF YOUR SOUL IS FIERCE AND HE IS RAGING HIS MIGHTY WAR.
SHOUT AT HIM IN MY NAME! I CANNOT HEAR YOUR PLEAS FOR HELP, AS I HAVE
ALREADY EQUIPPED YOU TO USE WHAT I HAVE GIVEN YOU. TEACH MY PEOPLE TO USE
WHAT I HAVE GIVEN, AS NOW IS THE HOUR OF SEVERE BATTLE. MANY WILL BE LOST,
MANY WILL BE MAIMED, MANY WILL FALL INTO THE SNARES OF THE ENEMY AND I, THE
LORD YOUR GOD, TELL YOU TO TRAIN THEM, AS I GIVE THIS MANTLE TO YOU. IN ALL
THE PLACES I SEND YOU, THERE WILL BE A FAMINE IN THE LAND. AND THERE YOU
WILL SEE THE WOUNDED, THE DYING, THE ONES WHO HAVE FALLEN ASIDE. PICK THEM
UP, GIVE THEM NOURISHMENT, TRAIN THEM, I SAY, TRAIN THEM OR THEY WILL DIE.
I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ANY OF MY SHEEP AND I HAVE CALLED YOU TO LEAD THEM,
TO NOURISH THEM, TO PROTECT THEM AND TO TRAIN THEM. LET ALL HINDRANCES TO
THIS MANDATE BE SEVERED FROM YOUR LIFE, AS THE ENEMY OF YOUR SOULS HAS
ATTACHED TO WHAT YOU CONSIDER MINOR. COMMAND HIM TO LOOSE YOU! TEAR OFF THE
SHACKLES, THROW THEM IN THE DUST. LIFT UP YOUR VOICE AND YOUR HANDS TO ME
AND DRINK OF MY STRENGTH AND POWER. PICK UP THE GAUNTLET THAT HAS BEEN
THROWN AND TAKE UP THE SWORD AND THE SPEAR. YOU HAVE BEEN CALLED FOR SUCH A
TIME AS THIS AND I, THE LORD YOUR GOD, COMMAND THIS DAY TO FIGHT AS YOU
NEVER HAVE BEFORE. MY WEAPONS WILL SEEM FOREIGN TO YOU, STRANGE. BUT THEY
ARE NEW AND TRUST THEY ARE OF ME. IF YOU HESITATE IN THIS HOUR, IF YOU
QUESTION ME AND DELAY, YOU WILL LOSE GROUND AND MANY WILL PERISH.
I HAVE SPOKEN AND RELEASE MY WORD. FROM THIS HOUR ON, THERE WILL BE A
RAGING WAR. THE HEAT OF THE BATTLE HAS NOW BEGUN, SAYS THE SPIRIT OF THE
LIVING GOD."
"You [Cyrus of Persia, soon to conquer Babylon] are "MY" battle-ax or maul and weapon of war. For with you "I" break nations in pieces, with you "I" destroy kingdoms, with you "I" break in pieces the horse and his rider, with you "I" break in pieces the chariot and the charioteer, with you "I" break in pieces man and woman, with you "I" break in pieces old men and youth, with you "I" break in pieces young men and maiden, with you "I" break in pieces the shepherd and his flock, with you "I" break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen, and with you "I" break in pieces governors and commanders. And "I" WILL [COMPLETELY] REPAY BABYLON AND ALL THE INHABITANTS OF CHALDEA FOR ALL THE EVIL THAT THEY HAVE DONE IN ZION - before your very eyes [I will do it], says the Lord." Jeremiah 51-20-24
Cyrus was anointed by the Lord to destroy Babylon. Cyrus was chosen by the Lord for that purpose. As the "anointed" of the Lord we are chosen to destroy the enemies of the Lord through DELIVERANCE. By using the "weapons of our warfare" we break in pieces the nations and kingdoms of the enemies that are sent to destroy us.
I don't completely understand why the Lord chooses us - His children - to do the works that JESUS did, but He has, and we should be strong and of good courage as the Lord told Joshua and go in and possess the land.
In II Kings 18:28 - 19:37 Rabshakeh blasphemed the Lord and when Hezekiah received the letter, he went up into the House of the Lord and spread the letter before the Lord and prayed. "O Lord, the God of Israel Who [in symbol] is enthroned above the cherubim [of the ark in the temple] You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made the heavens and the earth. Lord, bow down Your ear and hear; Lord, open Your eyes and see; hear the words of Senacherib which he has sent to mock, reproach, insult, and defy the living God. It is true, Lord, that the Assyrian kings have laid waste the nations and their lands and have cast the gods of those peoples into the fire, for they were not gods but the work of men's hands, wood and stone. So they [could destroy and] have destroyed them. Now therefore, O lord our God, I beseech You, save us out of his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know and understand that You, O Lord, are God alone."
The Lord answered Hezekiah and as we see later in the chapter, He destroyed the king of Assyria.
Beginning at I Kings 16:30 Ahab reigns and marries Jezebel. Later in Kings, Jezebel sent word to Elijah that she was going to kill him. She also killed the Prophets of the Lord and together they did much evil in the sight of the Lord. The Lord anointed "Jehu" to destroy Jezebel and all of Ahab's house. (II Kings 9) II Kings 10:28 "Thus Jehu rooted Baal out of Israel."
We know that the Lord has the power to just open the earth and swallow our enemies without us having to do DELIVERANCE or any warfare. However, He has chosen to use us and have us do warfare and DELIVERANCE. JESUS said that He has given us authority and power over all the power of the enemy. Luke 10:19.
As you read through the Word of God you see each time kingdoms and people rose up against the Lord AND His people and each time the Lord anointed someone to "DELIVER" His people out of bondage and the Lord destroyed His enemies.
Jeremiah 20:11 - 13 "But the Lord is with me as a mighty and terrible ONE; therefore my persecutors will stumble, and they will not overcome [me]. They will be utterly put to shame, for they will not deal wisely or prosper [in their schemes]; their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten. But, O Lord of hosts, You Who try the righteous, Who see the heart and the mind, let me see Your vengeance on them, for to You have I revealed and committed my cause. Sing to the Lord! Praise the Lord! For He has DELIVERED the life of the poor and needy from the hands of evildoers."
DELIVERANCE and Salvation go hand in hand. I John 3:8 "...The reason the Son of God was made manifest (visible) was to undo (destroy, loosen, and dissolve) the works of the devil [has done].
Ephesians 6:10, 11 and 12. "...be STRONG in the Lord, and in the Power of His Might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."
I Timothy 1:18. "...war a good warfare."
2 Samuel 22:35: "He teacheth my hands to war..."
Psalm 18:34: "He teacheth my hands to war..."
Psalm 144: "Blessed [be] the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to
war, [and] my fingers to fight."
Many people are confused about the difference between prayer and warfare. The Strong's Concordance says that Prayer is made to God in intercession, supplication, worship, etc. Some examples of prayer are found in Psalm 69:13 "...my prayer is unto thee, O Lord..."; Psalm 102:1 "Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come unto thee." In these scriptures, David is praying to the Lord. He is not doing warfare against the enemy. Prayer is an important part of our life and we need to pray often to the Lord and make our requests known unto Him. We also see in scripture that Jesus prayed. "Luke 6:12 "...and continued all night in prayer to God." Acts 1:14, 24 and 3:1 shows us that the Apostles prayed. Philippians 4:6 tells us to pray. "...by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God." Ephesians 6:18 "Praying always with all prayer...." However, warfare is different in that we are at war with the demons as stated in Ephesians 6;10,11 and 12. The Strong's Concordance says that warfare is like military service i.e. apostolic career (as one of hardships and danger); to serve in a military campaign; to contend with carnal inclinations - soldier (go to) war. As we battle the demons and spiritual wickedness we become "strong in the Lord". We become solid, stable, steadfast, strengthened and more powerful in the things of the Lord. When we bind the demons in Jesus name, they understand that we mean business and know that we have this authority in the Name of Jesus. II Corinthians 10:4 says that the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. These strongholds that the enemy has over us, our ministry, our families, are pulled down as we continue in the power and strength of the Lord Jesus. So instead of praying and ASKING the Lord to deliver you from fear - do the warfare and COMMAND the demon of fear to come out of you. Jesus said in Mark 16:17 "in My Name YOU shall cast out demons." That means you say "in the name of Jesus, demon of fear come out of me now." Warfare means you saying, In Jesus name I break the curse of witchcraft off of me and my family. I bind the demons in my home and command them to leave in Jesus Name. See the difference? In the Old Testament the Children of Israel were to go and fight their enemies, the Lord was with them and they went in the name of the Lord, but they had to do the actual physical fighting. This is what we do when we do warfare.
So take your place in the Kingdom of God and fight the good fight of Faith. I Timothy 6:12. And War a Good Warfare. I Timothy 1:18
